My UK visa expires by February 2010. Am I eligible for a Moroccan tourist visa if I plan a trip for the last week of December? My passport is valid for the next couple of years. Any information would be welcome and appreciated.

I need to take my cat from Slovakia to France – where can I get a passport for her and how old does she have to be before I can do that? She is only about 10 days old now. I know that she needs vaccines, blood tests and an electronic chip, but after doing all that I will probably have to wait for 3 weeks or so before taking her anywhere – is that the correct time limit?
Do any of you have any tips about travelling with a cat within the EU? Thanks in advance!
